I'm always on the lookout for techniques that can help us neurodivergent folks thrive. Today, let's talk about a game-changer in emotional processing and trauma healing: bilateral stimulation during mind walking.

🤔 What's bilateral stimulation?

It's a technique that engages both sides of your brain through alternating left-right stimulation. Think walking, tapping, or even eye movements.

🦋 The Butterfly Hug

In the video, I'm demonstrating a simple yet effective form of bilateral stimulation: the Butterfly Hug.

You can use this technique anytime, anywhere - whether during mind walking or just for a quick reset at the office!

🚶‍♀️ And mind walking?

It's a form of active meditation where you walk while focusing on your thoughts and feelings.

🔬 The magic happens when you combine these:

  1. It helps regulate your nervous system

  2. Enhances emotional processing

  3. Supports trauma healing

  4. Improves focus and clarity (hello, fellow ADHD brains!)

🎯 Marketing minds, take note:

These techniques aren't just for personal growth. They can spark creativity, improve problem-solving, and enhance your ability to connect with your audience authentically.
